Concern sounds responsible, but in practice it’s passive. Your brain analyzes risks, blows scenarios out of proportion, and talks about what could go wrong—all while nothing changes. In companies, this leads to confusion, delays, and drama. Lots of talk. Little action.
Commitment is something else entirely. Commitment accepts reality and asks: what is needed here, and what is my next step? It involves contributing, making decisions, and taking action—even when not everything is certain. While worry drains energy, commitment creates momentum, clarity, and results. The question is simple: what are you worrying about, yet failing to take action on?
