Bulletin | Awareness and Behavior

In this episode of the Straight-Line Podcast, Johan and Mandy van der Put discuss Chapter 28 of the book *Inner Stance: Awareness and Behavior*.

Without fuel, an engine is worthless. In life, awareness is worthless without practical action. Awareness means knowing what needs to change. Practical action is actually implementing that change. If this action isn’t taken, nothing changes.

What you know and how you live are often two different worlds. A car without fuel stalls and loses momentum. Awareness without practical action also stalls and loses momentum. People generally do not live according to what they know.
