Marketing

The marketing team operates on a single principle: honesty and sincerity, so that the right entrepreneurs can experience and implement our work.

They produce the podcast, Straight-Line Digital, and all the channels through which the right entrepreneurs find us at the moment it matters most. Not to impress, but to help leaders dive right into the heart of the work before they make a decision.

Product

The product team develops the membership programs in collaboration with the managing partners and coaches. They translate what works in practice into concrete tasks, ensure the platforms function properly, and organize live events and programs that truly help leaders and organizations move forward.

They build what our clients need to move from insight to action. Step by step, in a structured way, and always focused on lasting behavioral change.
