We work with entrepreneurs
who will not tolerate mediocrity.
Most programs and coaching sessions provide insight. But insight without implementation and concrete actions won’t change anything.
Straight-Line Leadership works with entrepreneurs and leaders who are determined to radically improve the factors that drive their leadership—in their business, within their team, and on a personal level.
We work with people who say what they’re going to do and then actually do it. People who are willing to be challenged, not just informed. People who want results, not just motivation.
If that sounds like you, Straight-Line Leadership is for you.
Straight-Line Leadership isn't for everyone.
It is specifically designed for people who are determined to radically improve their performance in life, both personally and professionally.

What is the difference between the three membership plans?
All three membership levels cover the same 12 quarterly themes of Straight-Line Leadership. The difference lies in the level of the entrepreneurs and the challenges that the methodology addresses and can be applied to.
Leadership is for the entrepreneur who runs a fully-fledged business with multiple teams and managers, but finds that decisions, problems, and escalations still too often end up on your desk. If you want your people to act independently, take ownership of results, and for you to have more time to build your business rather than just work in it, then this is for you. What you need to learn now isn’t how to lead better, but how to create leaders alongside you.
With Ownership, the focus is on “owning” your role as a leader. You’ve hired people, made agreements, and set up processes. You’re used to doing everything yourself, and it shows. You’re still solving too many problems yourself; you’re still involved in everything. The transition from entrepreneur to leader is the hardest one there is. If you want your team to truly stand on its own and generate the same results as you do, then this is for you.
Mentorship is designed for entrepreneurs with multiple organizations or management teams. You’ve long since stepped back from day-to-day operations, but you’ve noticed that your leaders are managing rather than leading. Mentorship is about developing the leaders who will carry your organization(s) forward. It’s about building a legacy and staying in the game even after you’ve already won.

Is this really for me?
Straight-Line Leadership is specifically designed for highly committed entrepreneurs and leaders who are willing to adjust their behavior and actions to deliver the results they have committed to. You say what you’re going to do, and then you do it.
If you’re looking for inspiration, reassurance, or coaching that ignores your own role in the situation, then this isn’t for you. If you’re ready to be brutally honest about what’s going on and how you’re contributing to it, then Straight-Line Leadership is for you.

What makes this different?
Straight-Line Leadership was founded in 1986 by Dusan Djukich in San Francisco. It is not a new concept, nor is it a trendy approach. It is a proven method that gets to the root of why people don’t put what they know into practice. No theory. No concepts that you take home and forget the next day.
You work on a weekly basis, under pressure, providing immediate feedback, until the behavior changes and the standard is maintained.
