Who Leadership is for:
You have a management layer. People who are responsible for teams, results, and execution. But in practice, you’re still the deciding factor. They report. They execute. They don’t lead.
Leadership is for the entrepreneur who wants to turn managers into leaders.
Without leaders on your team, you’re left with managers who just carry out orders.
Every week your managers spend waiting for your guidance is a week in which you are perpetuating that behavior. By stepping in, by providing answers when they ask questions, by taking over when things are taking too long or when mistakes might be made.
You handle it, and your team learns to leave everything up to you.
The problem isn't with your people. It lies in what you tolerate, what you say, and what you consistently enforce.
Until your team is leading the way, you can't build your business.
We don’t teach leadership; we train leaders. Leadership transforms who you are as a leader, so that your team no longer waits for you, but makes decisions, takes action, and delivers results on its own.

Identity shift
You’re making the transition from entrepreneur to leader—from doing things yourself to inspiring others to take action. You’ll make this transition by working through the twelve quarterly themes, each building on the previous one, and applying them directly within your organization.

Immediate feedback and brutal honesty
Who still confronts you with what you avoid and asks tough questions? Your consultant and coaches do. Directly, without beating around the bush.

Raised standard
You establish clear guidelines on who makes which decisions and what happens if those decisions aren’t followed, so that people take ownership of results, not just carry out tasks.

A network that keeps you on your toes
You’ll be part of a group of entrepreneurs at the same stage in their journey, who are working toward the same goals and will continue to support you even after your membership ends.

What is the difference between ownership, leadership, and mentorship?
All three membership levels cover the same 12 quarterly themes of Straight-Line Leadership. The difference lies in the level of the entrepreneurs and the challenges that the methodology addresses and can be applied to.
Leadership is for the entrepreneur who runs a fully-fledged business with multiple teams and managers, but finds that decisions, problems, and escalations still too often end up on your desk. If you want your people to act independently, take ownership of results, and for you to have more time to build your business rather than just work in it, then this is for you. What you need to learn now isn’t how to lead better, but how to create leaders alongside you.
With Ownership, the focus is on “owning” your role as a leader. You’ve hired people, made agreements, and set up processes. You’re used to doing everything yourself, and it shows. You’re still solving too many problems yourself; you’re still involved in everything. The transition from entrepreneur to leader is the hardest one there is. If you want your team to truly stand on its own and generate the same results as you do, then this is for you.
Mentorship is designed for entrepreneurs with multiple organizations or management teams. You’ve long since stepped back from day-to-day operations, but you’ve noticed that your leaders are managing rather than leading. Mentorship is about developing the leaders who will carry your organization(s) forward. It’s about building a legacy and staying in the game even after you’ve already won.

Is this really for me?
As your business grows, so does the pressure on you. More decisions. More people. More risks. More things slipping through the cracks. Most entrepreneurs try to solve this with better systems, more staff, better tools, or longer hours, but ultimately, that won’t get you anywhere.
You need to develop other leaders within your organization.
If you manage 20 or more people, have scaled up your business or want to scale it up, feel like you’re hitting a ceiling, want to lead an independent team, want to create the freedom to build your business rather than just work in it, and want to make your growth independent of your presence and the hours you put in, then the Leadership membership is exactly what you need.

What makes this different?
Straight-Line Leadership is not a leadership skills training program. It is a structured membership program for entrepreneurs who want results and the honesty to recognize where they themselves are responsible.
Our method is based on the work of Dusan Djukich, as outlined in the book *Straight-Line Leadership*, and adapted into an operational program for entrepreneurs.
Most training programs teach you concepts. Ownership instills habits under pressure through weekly one-on-one coaching, group coaching, a network of like-minded peers, real-time feedback, and a framework that continues long after the session ends.
