In this episode of the Straight-Line Podcast, Johan and Mandy van der Put discuss Chapter 23 of the book *Inner Stance: Stronger, Smarter, and Faster*.
Being stronger, smarter, and faster than most people who have ever lived is a conscious choice, an inner attitude. It is a self-created declaration of being, a sincere commitment to yourself. Being “sincere” means that you have developed the competence and integrity to live up to your inner attitude.
This isn’t about an ego trip on Facebook, nor is it about impressing others or compensating for shortcomings or past failures. It is an authentic way of life, based on self-development and self-realization.
Living by concepts—including this one—can lead to stagnation and constant struggle. The real work lies in embodying this attitude in your daily life, in every action you take. It is a path of constant growth, where you continually challenge yourself to realize your true potential.
