It’s easy to cling to what’s familiar, but true progress requires us to examine our deeply held beliefs—our “Standing Transparent Realities” (STRs). These STRs form the foundation of our thinking and our decisions. It is essential to examine which parts of your thinking serve you and which hold you back. Replace what doesn’t work with strategies that move you forward. This is not a rejection of your intelligence, but an evolution of it. By refining your thinking, you take responsibility for your life and open the door to new possibilities.
