We’re going to make sure we come up with something concrete in 45 minutes. These two steps will allow us to dive right in. The first five chapters of *Straight-Line Leadership* provide the language we’ll use during our conversation. Read them ahead of time, so your consultant won’t have to explain anything you could have read yourself, and we’ll have plenty of time to focus on your situation. It’ll take you half an hour. Fill out the intake form—six short questions about where you stand right now. Your consultant will use your answers to prepare thoroughly for the conversation. Being honest in your answers will give you the most value here.
