Leadership cannot exist without the presence of others. After all, leadership means guiding both yourself and a group of people from point A to point B. And since other people are always involved, relationships are always involved as well. You can only build strong relationships through effective communication. What you will learn and practice this quarter is therefore an essential prerequisite for leadership.

During the Communication Training, we cover the fundamentals of effective communication. You’ll put everything you’ve learned so far into practice. You’ll learn to listen to what is said—and what isn’t said. You’ll speak in a way that ensures you’re truly heard and learn to contextualize your communication. Throughout the training, you’ll receive live feedback on your communication, allowing you to make immediate adjustments. It’s very simple: if you can’t communicate, you can’t lead. Communication is a crucial component of entrepreneurship and leadership.
