We’re going to make sure we produce something tangible in 45 minutes. These two steps ensure we can dive right in. The first five chapters of *Straight-Line Leadership* provide the language we’ll use during the conversation. Read them beforehand, so your consultant doesn’t have to explain anything you could have read yourself, and we can devote all our time to your situation. It’ll take you half an hour. Fill out the intake form. Six short questions about where you stand right now. Your consultant will use your answers to thoroughly prepare for the conversation. Being honest in your answers will benefit you the most.
